How Mindfulness Leads to Wisdom

Saturday 11 May from 9.30am to 5.15pm

This sangha only event will introduce the practice of mindfulness as it is taught in Buddhism and offer time to reflect and practise it ourselves. The Buddha taught mindfulness as a practice of wisdom, and as an inner journey of discovery that takes us to the heart of the Buddhist path.

You will experience first-hand how your mind works in creating its own reality, based on feelings, concepts, and habits, and how you can work to see through these projections until you have the wisdom to perceive things as they actually are.
