Tibetan Buddhism, and its meditative tradition, offer a wealth of skilful methods to help us find the core of our own peace, compassion and wisdom. This five-week course offers an introduction to meditation and practical advice from some of the foremost Tibetan Buddhist teachers to help all of us meet the challenges of these difficult times.

Week 1 (Tuesday Feb 16): Mastering the Mind
Week 2 (Tuesday Feb  23): Basic Sanity
Week 3 (Tuesday March 2): Depression
Week 4 (Tuesday March 9): Happy and Stability
Week 5 (Tuesday March 16):  Truth, Love and Relationships

Where: Online using Zoom and in-person at 158 Australia Street, Newtown, Sydney

Cost: $15 per session (full) / $10 per session (concession, unemployed, under 35)
