Blue Sky Mind

This one day workshop is open to the public and is suitable for everyone keen to deepen their meditation and will be based on Ian's latest book: Blue Sky Mind.

The mind has two aspects

These can be compared to the clouds - our active thoughts and emotions that constantly change and can range from beautiful to turbulent; and the blue sky - that aspect of our mind that is still, peaceful, clear, wise and compassionate. In meditation we have the opportunity to get to know both aspects of our mind better and to connect more deeply with our true potential and who we really are.

Join us as we practise together

While this workshop will include clear instruction, the focus will be upon direct experience, practising together and answering your questions about meditation. Ian and Ruth will lead and guide meditation practices during the day, drawing on their combined seventy years’ experience of meditation practice and teaching.

This workshop is open to everyone and is also well suited to all Health Professionals.
